Picked by hand on a partner estate near Chikmagalur, where the coffee grows under silver oak and pepper vines.
Dried whole on raised beds for about 3 weeks, so the sugar in the fruit works its way into the bean.
Roasted in small batches every Tuesday and Friday, a short drive from the bar.
Ground for each order. Filter kaapi the way Bengaluru drinks it, or black over ice.
